Cardioline clinic Tel Aviv
Cardioline is a medical heart institute, located in Givatayim. The institute provides a variety of professional cardiology services to members of the Maccabi and Leumit Health Insurance, as well as private services.
Echocardiography (Echo)
Echocardiography, commonly known as an “echo”; is a type of ultrasound test that uses high-frequency sound waves to create images of your heart. This non-invasive procedure helps doctors visualize the heart beating and pumping blood, allowing them to evaluate the size, structure, and motion of the heart chambers and valves. It can also detect heart diseases and conditions such as heart valve problems, heart failure, congenital heart disease and condition of great vessels. Echocardiography is painless and safe, involving no radiation exposure, making it a preferred diagnostic tool for monitoring heart health.
There no special preparing for the echocardiography. We ask patients to bring referring letter from the physician and relative documents.

Cardiac Stress Test (Ergometry)
Ergometric stress testing, also known as an exercise stress test, measures your hearts’ performance and capacity during physical activity. This test involves walking on a treadmill at increasing levels of difficulty, while your heart rate, blood pressure, and electrocardiogram (ECG) are monitored. The goal is to understand how well your heart handles work, identifying any potential blood flow issues or abnormal heart rhythms under exertion. It’s a key diagnostic tool for detecting coronary artery disease and assessing the risk of heart attacks, especially in individuals who may have symptoms of heart disease or are at high risk.
We ask patients to bring referring letter from the physician and relevant documents.

Stress Echocardiography
Stress echocardiography is a specialized form of echocardiography that assesses how well your heart works under physical stress. The procedure typically involves taking ultrasound images of your heart both at rest and immediately after you’ve reached peak of physical exertion, on a treadmill. This test can reveal heart problems that might not be noticeable under normal conditions and helps determine the severity of coronary artery disease or heart muscle dysfunction. It’s particularly useful for diagnosing conditions that may cause chest pain or shortness of breath during physical activity, providing valuable information for the management of heart diseases.
